How long will my order take?
Every shirt is printed to order just for you — nothing sits in a warehouse. Printing usually takes 2–7 business days, then shipping is another 3–7 business days in the US. So figure roughly 1–2 weeks from click to doorstep. Good things take time. Great shirts take slightly longer. Heads up: during busy season, some orders can take 3–4 weeks.
Where do you ship?
All over the US, plus international. International orders take longer and your country might charge customs fees — that's between you and your government, we can't control that.
How do the shirts fit?
Classic unisex fit, true to size. Want it baggy? Size up. Want it to look like it was painted on? We can't help you, but sizing down is your call. We're adding proper size guides to every product page — until then, when in doubt, size up.
What are the shirts actually made of?
Soft ring-spun cotton blanks (think Gildan Softstyle and friends) with DTG/DTF printing — crisp designs that survive the wash. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, and don't iron directly on the print unless you enjoy ruining things.
What's your return policy?
Here's the honest version: everything is printed to order, so we can't take it back and resell it. But if your order shows up wrong, damaged, or the print looks messed up, message us and we'll make it right — reprint or refund, your call.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us as fast as you can. If it hasn't hit the printer yet, we'll sort it out. If it's already printing, it's too late — that shirt has your name on it now, literally.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking email the moment it ships. If it hasn't shown up after a week past the estimate, something got messed up — message us and we'll figure it out.
